Investing in Italy: a web conference explaining why and how to Turkish investors.

Viterbo, September 11, 2018. In the morning, the second web conference in Turkish Investing in Italy: the new entry visa and residence permit for investors and tax advantages was transmitted. It aims at explaining the business community in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, and other important cities, the Italian visa program for non-European investors intending to invest in Italian companies and start-ups. About one hundred entrepreneurs and professionals attended the event organized by Jusweb, as part of its Investor Visa Italy service, under the patronage of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Turkey.

Reports, given by Raffaele Miele, director of Investor Visa Italy, and Luca Serpieri, a Milan and Viterbo based accountant, provided potential investors with all the elements needed to acquaint themselves with the requirements and procedures for obtaining the new entry visa. They also addressed the topic of the tax advantages that new residents who will move their fiscal residency will receive. Fatih Ayçin, Secretary-General of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Turkey, explained how the Chamber works to enhance business relations between Italian and Turkish companies

Turkey is the second stop of this Investor Visa Italy initiative. The first web conference, aimed at Russian entrepreneurs, took place in May and it was similarly successful (full recording here). The web conferences will arrive in the United States next month. Then others intended for India, the Gulf countries, China, and for other countries with a predisposition to invest in Italy will be held in the following months.
